Shipping Information

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

South Africa: R150 flat rate.

International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

• South Africa: 3–5 business days
• Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini: 5–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Costs

• Defective or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
• Change of mind or size exchange: The customer covers the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Email nainesh@tiekam.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. Once the item has been received, we will process the refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
