Shipping Information

Processing Time:

We process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic (South Africa): R150 flat rate.

International: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Local Delivery (South Africa): 3–5 business days

Neighbouring Countries (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini): 5–7 business days

Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.)


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not happy, here’s how to return or exchange:

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

-items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

-Proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Costs:

-Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.

-Change of mind or size exchange: Customer covers return shipping.

 

How to Start a Return:

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once received, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement within 3–5 business days.
